Hi! I'm Jayden. Some call me Jay. I'm an Audio Designer from Spokane, WA. I have an Associate Degree in Audio Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts with an emphasis in Creative Business Management and Audio Production from The Evergreen State College.
I currently work as a VO Designer at Gearbox Software providing VO and sound design support for the upcoming Borderlands spinoff, Tiny Tina's Wonderlands. In addition to sound and VO design, have extensive experience editing audiobooks and spoken word lectures and have had my hand in 35+ published Penguin Random House audiobook titles.
My main areas of expertise include sound design, VO editing and design, field recording, synthesis, and music recording and mixing. I have experience working with Unreal Engine 4, Wwise and Perforce, and can adapt to and learn new tools and pipelines quickly.

IMPLEMENTATION

Designing the sound is only half the battle. Well-functioning audio in your game is imperative to leaving a lasting impression. With tools like FMOD and Wwise, or built-in game audio engines, I can bring your game's world to life.

FIELD RECORDING

Good sounds aren't made from nothing. With an arsenal of microphones and recorders, I can gather high-quality source material to lay the groundwork for complex sound design for your project.
